1 General Provisions and Definitions

This document sets out the terms applicable to use of the 1122 baji platform ("Site", "Service", "Platform"). "User", "Member", or "you" refers to the person who has registered on or is using this site.

Each person may operate only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts, they must register from separate devices and payment methods.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Do not allow any third party to access your account. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify the 1122 baji support team immediately.

• Do not share your password or use a password that is easy to guess.
• If you log in from a public computer, log out when you are done.
• Keep two-step verification (OTP) enabled.
• Do not log in through unfamiliar links or emails.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To verify an account, 1122 baji may request a national identity card, passport, or other identity document at any time. If verification documents are not submitted in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

To become a member of 1122 baji and use any service, you must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Anyone who registers with a false age will have their account and accumulated funds forfeited.

You confirm that you are a resident of Bangladesh and that using this service from your location is consistent with applicable law. If you are unsure of your legal position, seek advice from a relevant professional.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used to deposit funds into 1122 baji. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must be verified and deposit conditions must be met before you can withdraw. Withdrawals are always returned via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds you deposit come from a legitimate source. In the case of suspicious transactions, 1122 baji reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

• For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank can be used.
• Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Cryptocurrency or any other digital currency is not accepted.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

1122 baji offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning in that example, a total wager of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used for betting.
• If the deposit is reversed after a bonus has been received, the bonus will also be cancelled.
• Attempting to use bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• The contribution of bonus bets may vary by game; please read the details of each offer.
• 1122 baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 1122 baji VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses: up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver, and up to 1.5% for Gold. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on 1122 baji are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to cheat, hack, or use software to influence game outcomes will result in the permanent closure of the account.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are clearly stated on the relevant game or market page. 1122 baji reserves the right to change the betting limits for any member.

6.3 Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game session is affected by a technical error or disconnection, 1122 baji may cancel or reassess the bet where applicable. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, the deposited amount will be refunded.

6.4 Sports Betting

Bets on cricket, football, and other sports are settled after the match result is finalised. If a match is incomplete or ends before the scheduled time, bets will be settled or voided in accordance with the relevant betting rules. For live betting, the odds accepted at the time the bet is placed apply.
